The sneaker club was born in September 2018 with the purpose of selling you the pair of sneakers that you have always wanted, we are a company located in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
 

How long will my order arrive?
Your products will arrive within 8-13 business days.

The product takes 1-2 business days to be processed correctly.
Once confirmed we will find your products, this will take

 

3-8 business days.
The products will be sent to us and at the same time will be verified. Here are 8-10 business days.
Our shipping provider will make your product reach your hands quickly and efficiently. You will receive your product on the 11-13 business day.


Are our items authentic?
Yes, all our products are 100% original and authentic, we do not support the black market where fake products abound. Our team thoroughly reviews your products before delivering them.

 

Do you give me a legit check?

Yes you are able to do the legit check for more confidence

Do you deliver the items directly to my house? Is there an additional charge?

Yes we can sent the product to your house and the additional charge depending of your location

Do you make refunds? Under what conditions?

Yes only if the product is not in the right conditions

Do they have the original label?

Sometimes because maybe the product doesn´t come from the main stock

What should I do if I haven’t received my package?

If you haven’t received your package within our standard delivery times, please follow the steps below. 

Solution

1. Make sure you check the delivery times for the product type of your order. If your order contains personalized products, delivery takes 1 - 2 business days longer. 
2. Check the delivery status of your order in the table below. It explains each stage the delivery can be in, and what you can do at that stage.
 

How do I reset my account password?

It’s easy to reset your password. Start off by going to the account sign in page. Click ‘Forgot Your Password?’ then enter the email address you use to get into your account. Click ‘Submit’, and we'll send you a password reset confirmation straight away.

When you get the email, open it and click ‘Confirm’. Enter a new password, and finalize it by clicking ‘Apply’.

Congratulations! You have a new password. We’ll send you an email to confirm you made the change.

How many days do I have to return my order?

Returns are free & easy within 30 days of placing your order if they qualify as per our returns policy. *Some restrictions apply
